SRIRACHA PEANUT SAUCE:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 fl oz rice wine vinegar
- 2 fl oz soy sauce
- 2 tb sriracha
- 1 lime, juiced
METHOD:
- Combine the hot water and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Mix vigorously.
- Add soy, vinegar.
- Add sriracha to taste.
- Squeeze in lime juice.
- Add to stir-fried vegetable after 2 minutes of sauteing.
Yield: 2 cups
Shelf Life: 1 week
