Clean The Fridge Stir-Fry With Sriracha Peanut Sauce Recipe

SRIRACHA PEANUT SAUCE:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 fl oz rice wine vinegar
  • 2 fl oz soy sauce
  • 2 tb sriracha
  • 1 lime, juiced

METHOD:

  1. Combine the hot water and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Mix vigorously.
  2. Add soy, vinegar.
  3. Add sriracha to taste.
  4. Squeeze in lime juice.
  5. Add to stir-fried vegetable after 2 minutes of sauteing.

Yield: 2 cups

Shelf Life: 1 week
