MAPLE BALSAMIC DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 ts seeded mustard
- 1 ts Dijon mustard
- 1 ts garlic, crushed
METHOD:
- Measure and add all the ingredients into a resealable jar.
- Mix vigorously.
- Store in the fridge.
Yield: 1 cup
Shelf life: 2 weeks
